5am, why must you be here so quickly? You know what the best part about getting up this early is? That it is nice and cool outside. I get to spend a little bit of time outside with each dog. Gizmo this morning wanted to be a little punk and not go poop outside – that you be too easy. He decided to go poop on our bed room floor, right n front of me! He got to sleep on the floor while Dozer and Portia got to cuddle with mom and dad. I understand he is my little old man and all, but come on! We were just outside!! So we cuddled till about 5:50am and it was time to get up. Dozer seems to think he can jump on the bed, not so much. Our master bed is very tall; Gizmo cannot jump up on or off of it. I would prefer it if he didn’t jump off at all either. He will usually wait at the edge of the bed till someone picks him up. I was on time today for work, about dang time right! We stopped at Trader Joes yesterday at lunch time so I could have Sushi today for lunch – it is soooo yummy! My Dad picked me up at 4pm and I was home right at 5pm to take Dozer out on our walk. He is getting a little bit better on the walk to the mail box, still is not happy about it. I still don’t understand it, cause he loved the walk back to the house. He even fights me a bit to put the leash on him. Was able to take some very cute pictures of Dozer and Portia on my digital camera, but I cannot find the cord to move them to the lappytop, so still working on posting them. I was able to get some cute ones with my phone so I can keep Facebook and my blog up to date. He is growing up so much; I don’t really see it till I look at pictures. I got some tonight of Dozer with Bryan and with Chris out in Bryan’s shop. He has been spending so much time out there lately working on the mustang that I bring Dozer out there to see him for a bit each night. The mustang is looking good! Dozer and Portia love to run through the house, it is like having the doggie Indy 500 in my house. It is not that bad right now because he is around 15lbs and Portia is 35lbs, so when he is 70lbs it might not be that much fun. We found out that Dozer’s Brother Tyson found a family to live with yesterday. I am very sad that Dozer will not be able to see his Brother’s Tyson and Carebear anymore. I guess that is how it works with pups, this is the first time I have been through this experience. Well its 10pm and that means bed time, Night!
Dozer is our new puppy - his DOB is 6-28-2010. After we got the little guy home I decided to write a diary about his antics. I then thought - I wonder if this would make a cool Blog, and here we are. Enjoy reading all about Dozer, Porta, Gizmo Bryan and I as we all grow together as a family. I do have a habit of referring to Bryan and Myself as Mom and Dad in my writings, our pets are our children. If you would like to Contact me - please Email me at: DozerDays@hotmail.com
