| Poor buster. |
Well I have to get up at 7am so I can get my shower and get ready to go into town with my mom. I am also getting my hair redone today – woohoo! I waited like two months too long. Dozer did very well sleeping on the bed last night. I have to put him in his kennel when I leave cause Bryan will be working on the bed room some more today and doesn’t want him underfoot or to get hurt. When he picked me up at 2pm he said we lost power to a few outlets in the house. When we got back home we found out it was 5 total that were out. So we got a bad of new outlets from our neighbor and replaced all 5 that were not working. Still nothing! Hmmm, well we can at least plug the vacuum into the one working out let in the bed room so we can move the bed. As soon as Bryan touched it – it sparked and the fan in the bed rookm started to work. FOUND IT! So Bryan turned the power back off and replaced yet one more outlet. It was the same outlet I had told Bryan about years ago that sparked at me and had something stuck in the ground port. Oh how much fun! Have you ever seen the movie the Money Pit with Tom Hanks? I think our house is from that movie, it was a very good price when we bought it and it has been out to kill us the whole time. Well we got the bed moved and set up, so tomorrow we will go get the furniture from my parents’ house. Dozer gets to sleep on the be again tonight, but first we have to wonder down the street a bit to have a BBQ with our neighbors. The new couple that just moved in were there and they are a very nice couple, Bryan hit it off with Jerry really well. They are a lot alike. It is nice to have wonderful neighbors that we can hang out with and trust. Dozer was very sweet and cuddly when we all went to bed. Sunday morning was really nice to wake up with the new setup in the bed room. Dozer was a good boy all morning, I stopped by pets mart yesterday to get dog food and some new toys for them, Portia used to have a monkey that was her baby that had to be thrown away. So I found her a new monkey. And Dozer got a Mr. Pumpkin-head. Buster had a tragic accident on Sunday morning and has to undergo surgery to be stitched back together. Portia pulled his squeaker out, he will not have the squeaker anymore when I stitch him back together. We were able to get all three dressers, 2 night stands and our new TV all in the bed room. Now I have the fun game of going through all my clothing to get rid of things I will never wear again or no longer want. Well need to go to bed early tonight, Dozer is ready already at 8pm. We watched Desperate Housewives then went to bed. Dozer got up at 1am again to go potty.
